A 90 minute individual session where we will get to know one another. You will likely share your concerns about your health, food, and movement. We will discuss both your nutrition and medical history and identify and address the barriers and/or rules that exist around your eating experience. We will talk about some goals and begin a plan of moving forward.
Nutrition is not one size fits all. Following up serves to support you with your individuals goals. We will discuss the time period between sessions and talk about your accomplishments and challenges. Often we will review meal logs and/or content from workbooks. I am here to listen and assess progress; offering strategies, tools, accountability and encouragement . Frequency and number of sessions vary from person to person depending on your needs.
