About Amanda Quille, RD - Project Manger

Amanda graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition. She completed her Dietetic Internship Program with Wellness Workdays focusing on Nutrition Communications and Marketing, and a combined Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University.

During her internship she did a clinical rotation with Jill Shaffer of Eating Matters and developed an interest in treating eating disorders while working on her own relationship with food and body. Amanda understands how freeing it can be to heal that relationship and is eager to help others do so.

After working with outpatient clients at Eating Matters for a handful of years Amanda has recently made a pivot into our project manager role. She now uses her culinary background and digital marketing skills to help clients become more comfortable around food while building confidence in the kitchen.
